ABOUT

Welcome to the orbit

This space is for people who think differently, feel deeply, and are tired of pretending otherwise.

If you’ve ever wondered “what’s wrong with me?”

I’m here to show you what’s always been right.

HEY STARDUST!

I'm MELANIE

Neurodivergent. Fiercely honest.

Occasionally chaotic. Deeply human.

I spent years trying to prove I could keep up. I got good at pretending to be fine, even when I wasn’t. But beneath the masking and meltdowns, there was always this pull to understand myself. To find a way to live that didn’t feel like constant survival mode. My ADHD diagnosis unlocked the door, coaching started the engines and True Orbit Collective is making it real.

Now, I help ADHD and AuDHD adults stop spiralling and start living to their own rhythm. This collective also gives me the space to mentor new neurodivergent coaches so they can support others without losing themselves in the process.

I’m not here to fix anyone.

I’m here to hold space for what’s possible.

ORIGIN STORY

from survival mode to stardust

True Orbit didn’t come from a branding brief. It came from the ache of trying to survive in systems that weren’t made for people like me.

Diagnosed late, I stumbled into coaching almost by accident, and it changed everything. Not by offering a fix, but by giving me tools that made sense, and space to breathe.

As I grew, I realised: coaching alone wasn’t enough. Neurodivergent people are still being dropped after diagnosis. And new coaches, especially ND ones, are constantly being left to figure it out in silence.

I didn’t just want to coach. I wanted to build a launchpad. A place where people like us can reconnect with who we really are, and grow at our own pace.

That’s how True Orbit Collective was born.

Real People. Real Progress.

With Melanie, I've felt safe and supported every step of the way. The progress I've made since working with her is astonishing; coaching has genuinely changed both my life and outlook. I couldn't have asked for a better guide.

Melanie is a passionate, empathetic, and very knowledgeable coach. She has an intuitive approach and a natural way of tuning into what works best for you, which made our sessions feel effortless yet impactful.

For the first time, I feel like I truly understand my ADHD and, more importantly, myself. Mel has this incredible way of making you feel completely comfortable and accepted, no judgement, just genuine support.

Things About Me

(YOU Won’t Find on LinkedIn)

My brain works like a constellation. Messy, beautiful, and occasionally hard to follow unless you know where to look.

I use a fountain pen and page-a-day diary to organise my life (and sometimes just to feel fancy).

I have lost more than one train ticket on the train. ADHD at its finest.

I’ve had more jobs than I want to admit. Most of them taught me what not to do.

I will absolutely get overexcited if you also love fountain pens and Rammstein.

I grew up in a country with 11 official languages. So yes, I simplify things naturally.

Note: ADHD coaching works best as a collaborative approach to well-being.

It complements other treatments like therapy or medication by providing practical skills and support for navigating the challenges of ADHD & AuDHD.
