I spent years trying to prove I could keep up. I got good at pretending to be fine, even when I wasn’t. But beneath the masking and meltdowns, there was always this pull to understand myself. To find a way to live that didn’t feel like constant survival mode. My ADHD diagnosis unlocked the door, coaching started the engines and True Orbit Collective is making it real.
Now, I help ADHD and AuDHD adults stop spiralling and start living to their own rhythm. This collective also gives me the space to mentor new neurodivergent coaches so they can support others without losing themselves in the process.
I’m not here to fix anyone.
I’m here to hold space for what’s possible.

Diagnosed late, I stumbled into coaching almost by accident, and it changed everything. Not by offering a fix, but by giving me tools that made sense, and space to breathe.
As I grew, I realised: coaching alone wasn’t enough. Neurodivergent people are still being dropped after diagnosis. And new coaches, especially ND ones, are constantly being left to figure it out in silence.
I didn’t just want to coach. I wanted to build a launchpad. A place where people like us can reconnect with who we really are, and grow at our own pace.
With Melanie, I've felt safe and supported every step of the way. The progress I've made since working with her is astonishing; coaching has genuinely changed both my life and outlook. I couldn't have asked for a better guide.

Note: ADHD coaching works best as a collaborative approach to well-being.
