These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, app, services, memberships, coaching, and digital products. Please read them carefully before accessing or using any part of True Orbit Collective.

By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer coaching, group programmes, memberships, digital resources, and community spaces designed to support neurodivergent adults.

Please note:

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It is a collaborative process focused on skills, strategies, and self-understanding. You should continue to seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.

3. Memberships & Digital Products

  • Memberships (e.g. Starter Sparks, Steady Orbit, Cosmic Collective) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).

  • By subscribing, you authorise us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method until you cancel.

  • One-off purchases (e.g. courses, workshops, coaching sessions) must be paid in full at checkout.

  • Access to memberships and digital products begins once payment is confirmed.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.- No refunds: We do not refund unused portions of a billing period if you cancel partway through a month.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Booking Policies

Memberships:

  • Cancel anytime. Access remains until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • No refunds for unused membership time or memberships not accessed.

Digital Products, Courses, and Workshops:

  • No refunds once accessed, downloaded, or started. All sales are final.

Coaching Sessions (within Memberships):

  • 1:1 coaching, group support, and workshops included in memberships are “use it or lose it.”

  • Sessions do not roll over and credits do not build up.

Standalone Coaching Sessions:

  • Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Community and User Responsibilities

When using our website, app or community spaces, you agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and dignity.

  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

  • Keep your login details secure and not share them with others.

  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.

  • Refrain from harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for anyone who breaches these terms or behaves in a way that causes harm to others in the community.

6. User-Generated Content

By posting content (comments, messages, images) in our community or app, you:

  • Confirm the content is yours or you have permission to share it.

We may remove content that violates these standards and suspend users who repeatedly breach them.

Our services and app are for adults aged 18+. By using them, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

All content on our website, app, and services (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software) is owned by Diverse Perspectives Ltd or licensed to us.

You may view and download materials for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification without our prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Licence to Use the App (EULA Section)

When you download or use our mobile app, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

  • Circumvent security features or misuse the app.

  • Use the app to infringe the rights of others.

We (or our developers) may update or change the app at any time without notice. We are not liable if any update affects your use of the app.

Your licence ends immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the app.

10. Updates, Availability, and Changes

We aim to provide reliable and accessible services, but we do not guarantee that the website, app, or services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, but:

  • We do not guarantee our services, content, or materials will meet your expectations.
