Hi! I'm Melanie.

A few years ago, I was deep in overwhelm. Most days, I woke up already behind, spiralling before my feet even hit the floor. After my ADHD diagnosis, I poured my energy into learning what actually helps. Not to fix myself, but to finally feel like myself again.

Through all the late-night research, coaching training, and quiet personal resets, I found something I want every neurodivergent human to know: calm is possible, when the tools actually fit your brain.

That’s why I created The Regulate & Reset Challenge. This is a gentle way in for those of us who feel everything deeply and have tried everything else. It’s here to help you stop spiralling, reconnect with your rhythm, and start feeling more in control again.
